How to create a ticket template

1. Navigate to

2. Click the "Guy with a Tie" icon.

3. Click "Settings" in the drop down

4. Click on the "TICKETS" tab on the settings page

5. Navigate to the "Add Ticket Prefill" and a blank text field will appear above the "Add Ticket Prefill" button.

6. Add the Name of the template you would like to create


7. Click in the description field and add in the description of the template


8. If you click on the toggle it will make the template available to sub-clients.


9. Click "Save" located in the lower right corner of the Tickets Settings page to save the newly created ticket template.


10. Got to the Tickets page by clicking on the "Tickets" link located in the left side navigation


11. Click "Add Ticket"


12. Click "--- Pick a Custom Ticket Template ---"


13. You will notice the newly added ticket template that was created on the Ticker Settings page.
