How to Access the Ticket History of a Ticket

1. Start at https://dashboard.foreman.mn/dashboard/

2. Click on "Tickets" on the left navigation

3. Click "Actions" that corresponds to the ticket you would like to view the history for.

4. Click "History" in the drop down

5. The ticket history of the ticket will now display
