Accessing the Ticket History for All Tickets

1. Start on

2. Navigate to the left side navigation bar and click "Tickets"

3. On the Tickets page click "View History"


4. The Ticket history page displays all of the actions that have been performed for all the tickets. That includes the timestamp, the ticket, the user who performed the action, the name of the action and what action was performed


5. Click the "Search:" field to filter down to a specific ticket or set of related tickets. The view tickets button will take you back to the tickets page.
