There are two ways to add comments within a ticket. Both can be done on the tickets page.
1. In the left side navigation in Foreman click on "Tickets"
2. (The First Way to Add Comments) - On the Tickets page click on the "Actions" dropdown that corresponds to the ticket you would like to leave comments for.
3. Click on "Add Comment" within the drop down
4. Click in the "Add Comment" field within the "Add Comment to Ticket" modal.
5. Type in your comments for the ticket
6. Click "Add" after you have completed inputting your comments.
7. (The Second Way to add comments) Click "Actions" on the tickets page that
corresponds to the ticket you would like to leave comments for.
8. Click "View" in the dropdown
9. Scroll down to the bottom of the View ticket info modal and Click "Comments"
10. Click the "Add Comment" field.
11. Click "Save"
12. Click "Okay"
