IP Range Validation for Rack/Group Placement

Add a feature that allows users to assign IP ranges to specific racks or groups on the site map. Foreman would then check each miner’s IP against the expected range for its assigned rack or group. If a miner’s IP does not match the defined range, it would be flagged as “out of range” and visually highlighted on the site map. This would help catch misconfigured network settings or misplaced miners quickly, ensuring rack assignments stay accurate without needing to manually cross-check IPs.
