Smart Calendar Alerts & Triggers

Enable users to configure alerts and triggers on a calendar schedule, applying “if X and Y, then Z” logic. Schedule when triggers/actions run so that, for example, I can have the system do one thing during the week when I am fully staffed and something else on the weekend when I'm not.

This was an Idea from a Customer Summit Focus Group primarily from Chris Gleeson at Soluna who noted that they want to manage alerts based on a calendar week with holiday schedule. This allows them to perform normal operations M-F and other operations during weekends and holidays to fit their resource schedule. They also wanted to be able to solution things via infra or API calls based on x or y criteria. The threshold was to be used in a case to prevent something from retrying multiple times if they're aren't there to manage it during normal business hours. Ex: During the work week, do x, during a weekend/holiday, do y.
