Create Trigger Thresholds to limit actions if it's not solving the issue
This was an Idea from a Customer Summit Focus Group primarily from Chris Gleeson at Soluna who noted that they want to manage alerts based on a calendar week with holiday schedule. The threshold was to be used in a case to prevent something from retrying multiple times if they're aren't there to manage it during normal business hours. Ex: During the work week, do x, during a weekend/holiday, do y.
