Create trigger/action sequences that can branch to different solutions

This was an Idea from a Customer Summit Focus Group primarily from Chris Gleeson at Soluna. They are interested in the ability to create a sequence of triggers/actions so that, for example, I can have the system do something else if the earlier trigger/action didn't solve the problem. e.g. If miner is zero hashrate, try to reboot 3 times. If still zero hashrate, factory reset the machine. Would love to be able to trigger different actions based on workweek/weekend/holidays to solution things when staff are/aren't available.
