Sitemap - Auto generate ticket for Flagged Issues

This was an idea from the Customer panel with Luxor at the Customer Summit. 

Description: Add functionality in Foreman to automatically create support tickets when miners are flagged with errors or performance issues. Tickets should include key diagnostic details to speed up resolution.
Benefit: Reduces manual tracking, shortens response times, and ensures no issues are overlooked, improving overall site reliability and operational efficiency.
