This was a request from the Blockware Solutions team at the Customer Summit. 

Description: Provide expanded machine-level data (e.g., pool details, performance metrics, ROI) with the ability for customers to configure their own alerts and triggers. This is especially valuable for customer segments such as high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and small businesses who may not log in frequently to monitor their machines.
Benefit: Delivers proactive insights tailored to customer needs, reduces reliance on manual monitoring, and improves customer satisfaction by ensuring issues are surfaced before they cause significant impact.
