Capture pickaxe configuration scans

This was an idea from the Customer Summit. 

Description: Add functionality to record and store pickaxe configuration scans, including scan ranges, to provide full visibility for auditing purposes.
Benefit: Ensures compliance and transparency by allowing auditors to verify configuration and scan data, reducing manual reporting and audit preparation effort.
