Historical Miner Logs

This was an idea from the Customer Summit. 

Description: Add functionality to view historical logs of miner details, including performance, errors, and configuration changes over time.
Benefit: Enables operators to analyze trends, troubleshoot recurring issues, and make data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency and uptime.
