Tickets Sorting by Device
to be able to sort by device in the ticket system,
this will allow us to quickly see duplicated tickets on the smae device

Craig, thanks for the idea. We have a challenge in that we support the ability to have more than one device attached to a ticket, and thus, sorting may not achieve the goal. Do you see that being an issue for you?
it is kind of an issue,
as if we upload a batch of tickets and the guys work through half, then we then upload another batch we will get duplicate tickets
also if a enginer is picking miners form there locations, form forman i would like the other engineers to be able to see thet miner has a ticket, and not to make a new one,
its just to get more control over if a device has tickets or not,
or like a system alert when creating the tickets this device already has a ticket add to it etc
