Allow miner naming pattern to be set for pickaxe Recurring: Re-sync Miners (Ranges)

Currently, if new miners are discovered using Recurring: Re-sync Miners (Ranges), the miner name is randomly set based on some pattern artifact.

Allow user to define the naming pattern to be used using normal variables plus including things like ${client}, ${mac.last.4}, ${hostname}, etc.
