Add “Day of the Week” Scheduling Option for Triggers

Hello Foreman team,

I’d like to suggest adding the ability to schedule triggers based on specific days of the week. Currently, triggers can be set to run at certain times or based on conditions, but not restricted to certain days.

This feature would be very useful for operations that follow weekly curtailment or maintenance schedules, where certain actions (like ramp downs, performance adjustments, or automated restarts) only need to occur on specific weekdays or weekends.

Having a “Day of Week” selection field (e.g., checkboxes for Mon–Sun) within the trigger configuration would make scheduling much more flexible and reduce the need for multiple duplicate triggers or external scripts.

Thank you for considering this enhancement. It would make trigger automation significantly more powerful and easier to manage.
