Adding Images to Tickets
We use our ticket system to document repairs and diagnostics for mining hardware, and it’s been an essential tool for tracking work done on each unit. One feature that would greatly enhance its utility is the ability to insert images directly into tickets.
Visual documentation would be a great addition to our workflow.
- 📸 When a hashboard fails catastrophically (e.g., burns or explodes), an image helps verify the damage and supports future analysis.
- 📊 Including screenshots of miner performance graphs can provide context for why a unit was flagged for repair, making the ticket more informative and traceable.
Adding image support would streamline communication, improve accountability, and make our repair records more robust. We’d love to see this implemented!
