Add A Toggle For Site Map Filtering - It Keeps Crashing

My favorite part of the site map was that filters did not effect it. Now looking at it with filters on is a nightmare! I have to have a second web browser just to use it properly while maintaining my workflow AND it keeps crashing! Let us toggle it off so we don't have to use it!
