Merge Duplicate Miners
When managing so many miners and so many sites, with foreman as a secondary inventory system, not primary. We end up re-creating miners if they move from site to site. That leaves us with two miner IDs for one miner. A system to find duplicated miners and auto-merge them would be useful.
I'm not sure what the logic would be, maybe the newer created one wins the merge, or the one that's mining wins? Or just a UI where one of our users can manually sort them out.

Just run a resync before importing miners at the new site.
This would rule out any duplicates instead of creating them in the first place.
