Add Miner Selection Isolation for Miner List

Feature Request: "Isolate Selection" in Bulk Edit

Objective:
Provide a way to temporarily isolate a manual selection of miners into a clean list, removing all other entries from the view. This improves workflow efficiency when exporting specific data sets or auditing tags across multiple categories.

Proposed User Workflow:

1. Filter: User applies filters (e.g., filtering for 5 specific tags).
2. Select: User manually checks the boxes for the specific miners they need from that filtered list.
3. Isolate: Within the Bulk Edit menu, a new option titled "Isolate Selected" is added.
4. Result: The Miner List refreshes to show only the manually selected miners, hiding everything else regardless of the previous filter criteria.

Key Benefits:

• Precise Exports: Allows users to export a "clean" CSV of only the specific miners they need, rather than the entire filtered category.
• Tag Auditing: Makes it easier to see all tags associated with a specific subset of miners without the "noise" of other results.
• Granular Control: Bridge the gap between broad filtering and manual individual management.
