Alert Options for Tickets

I would love to add have an option to notify an owner of a ticket (email, slack, telegram, etc) when it is created or assigned to them. Could be build into the alert & triggers or the ticket section.

    Sending notifications of when a ticket is completed to emails related to the subaccount selected would be great as well. There would have to be subaccount integration for this though which currently doesn't exist.
