Make miner ID a viewable column on miner page

  Thank you for the ideas submission! Can I ask how you are using the Miner ID and how having it in its own column would be helpful?

  Hello Tim,

  We often have miners that are assigned across multiple sub-clients, since some miners may be part of a shared pool that rotates between sites or between sub-clients within the same site.

  When filtering from the top level client, filtering by MAC address can still return multiple records for the same miner. For example, a miner may show as disabled under one sub-client while also being online and actively mining under another.

  Using Miner ID would help us narrow that down to the exact miner record we are looking for and avoid sorting through duplicate or inactive entries.
