Add all fields in CSV downloaded from the miner page to an endpoint in the API

The CSV is downloaded from a button at the bottom of the “Miners” page and contains many pieces of data not available in the Foreman API currently. It would be useful to be able to pull this data via the API rather than exclusively from a button on the “Miners” page.
