Power Controls - Bulk Edit

The bulk edit adjustment of power controls from Normal mode to Sleeping or Sleeping to Normal mode is a fantastic and powerful tool that Foreman has provided to its customers.

One request our team has noted would be an improvement to this feature pertains to the default time units of measure for the “Spread out commands" feature; it is currently set to seconds which is not ideal for the command bringing machines out of sleep mode back into normal mode.  A suggestion would be to change this drop down to have no default value for the unit of time - users should be forced to pick one option to prevent the mishap of bringing the entire fleet out of sleep mode in 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes for example.
