Please add direct hyperlinks for individual tickets and search in ticketlist so you can search & copy pasta work
When you view the open tickets as a column in minerlist, there is a hyperlink that is specific for the ticket, so you can click through to it or copy/paste the ticket link to dm to a chat. This is ideal.
When you view the list of tickets in the ticket menu, there is no search for the ticket list, only filters.
When you drill down on a particular ticket, there is no hyperlink visible in the address bar to copy/paste that ticket to dm or email. This is not ideal.

Hi Chad,
Inside of Filters on the tickets table, you can filter on ID and search for the ticket ID, which is shown in the minerslist. This is one way you can search for the exact ticket you're looking for.
Also when you're inside of a ticket, looking at the ticket detail screen, inside of the ticket title, there is a link icon that allows you to copy/pasta the URL for the ticket.
