Tickets -> Add Ticket -> Devices: Allow for lookup by IP or MAC in addition to Name

Currently, it seems that the only way to locate a device in the “Devices” field when creating a ticket is by searching for the miner’s name. This becomes inefficient when the name field is used primarily for grouping miners. Allowing searches by IP address or MAC address would make it significantly easier to find the specific ASIC that needs attention.
