Alert/Trigger For Miners with High Reject/Stale Share Percentage

Pretty much what the title states.

If miners stale/rejected percentage breaks a certain percentage you should be able to use that as a trigger. I have seen miners up for long periods of time that start to have higher rejected percentage, and typically a quick reboot fixes the issue.
