Ticket status editing
We manage several different sub clients with 1 main client in foreman. our customers put tickets in and they arent always able to have a machine associated with them. That being said, if there is not a machine linked in the ticket the management team cannot see the ticket in our main client, we have to swap over to the sub client. While in the sub client we lose ticket status editing capabilities. I suggest either all tickets be able to show up in the main client or editing capabilities be available in the sub client. I currently have several tickets with a pending status that i cannot move to in progress or close.
