Centralize Expected Stat Range by Miner Type

Currently expected temperature, hashrate and fanspeed ranges are set on an individual miner basis. And can be changed through bulk edits.

We would like to see a centralized settings menu where all miners of xyz miner type can have those expected stat range values set/overridden at the same time.
