Move LuxOS Status Away From Name Column

Remove or move these status icons (picture below) out of the name column. They take up precious space, as well as mess up formats when pasting miner data to a csv. 

LuxOS API for each unit is the source of this info according to their team, it should be easy to port this to a specific LuxOS column (similar to ‘LuxOS Profile’ or 'LuxOS ATM Max Profile').
