Duplicate Serial Number in Issues

I would like to be able to set up a “Custom Issue” that allows Duplicate Serial Numbers to be flagged in the issues page. It would be great if this was setup the exact same way that "Duplicate Mac" currently works. The feature could exclude any miners that do not have a serial number in the field.
