Power Consumption Export should be always what the miner currently consume!
When we export Foreman CSV, even offline ASICs showing their full wattage and this confuses us a lot. It should NOT use the last value Foreman reads, it should always report what the miner currently consumes

yup. we have miners that have been failed for years are still showing 3600W, pretty annoying.
Where are you pulling this export from? Is this from the miners table or is this from the Power Consumption report?
the power consumption and power consumption (hashrate) reports are correctly showing 0W. its the miners tab export that's wrong.
