Support for Miaminer firmware

iandm20

Add support for the MiaMiner Firmware. I have approximately 600 Z15s that I want to install MiaMiner firmware on but it is not supported by Foreman.

agreed. Firmware is approaching several thousand installs and its the only stable firmware that works on Z15/Z15 Pros. They say they will add support to other asics as well. We have a couple hundred installs ourselves on the Z15 Pro at this point, but we cannot run this firmware at our sites on the many other units we have without adding support to foreman.

Supporting this thread. Would love to see Foreman support this firmware for Z15s/Z15 Pros
