You can now view the real-time status of all your support tickets and any you’re CC’d on directly in the Foreman platform!
How to Access
Log in to Foreman.
In the bottom left sidebar of your dashboard, go to the SUPPORT section.
Click on Help.
This will open the Knowledge Base, where you can view all your tickets.
From there:
Click your profile icon (top right) → select Requests.
On the My Requests page, you can see:
All of your submitted tickets: past and present
Tickets you are CC’d on
Subject, Ticket ID, Created Date, status, Last activity, and Ticket Status
Search bar to easily access tickets
Viewing a Specific Ticket
Click on any ticket in the list to open the full details or reply to a current ticket. Inside an individual ticket, you can see:
The full conversation history and comments
Ticket status (Solved, Open, Pending)
Key information: Ticket ID, Requester, Created date, Last activity, CCs, Assigned to, Priority, and Client ID
Option to create a follow-up if the ticket is closed at the very bottom of the page
