Quick Guide: Understanding Columns Displayed On The Tickets Table

This guide explains the various columns in the Tickets table and what each one represents, helping you better understand the information displayed. To get started let's navigate over to the Tickets page.

Column Headers

  • ID – the unique ticket number automatically assigned when a ticket is created, this field cannot be edited.

  • Name - title of the ticket - this was given when the ticket was created and can be edited if you click on the edit dropdown related to the ticket.

  • Client - name of the Foreman client that the ticket was created under.
  • Status - current status of the ticket, one of the following: Pending, In Progress, Ready to Review, On Hold, RMA, Closed, and Open.

  • Diagnoses – indicates the current issue(s) associated with the ticket, this field may be blank, contain a single diagnosis, or include multiple diagnoses.
  • Priority - current priority or urgency of a ticket, will be one of the following: Highest, High, Normal, Low, or Lowest.

  • Owners – the individual or team members currently assigned to the ticket.

  • Last Miner State Update - shows the last state used to update the miner from within the Ticket workflow. Potential values include: No Change, Deployed, In Repair, In Storage, or Retired.
    • Note: This value does not necessarily represent the current state of the miner.
  • Devices - current devices that are tied to the ticket, an example would be a miner.

  • Inventory - inventory parts that are tied to the ticket, n example would be a fan or a hash board.

  • Last Updated – shows the most recent date and time the ticket was modified.

  • Created – displays the date and time the ticket was originally created.

  • Age – indicates how long the ticket has been active since its creation.

  • Custom Fields - depending on your configuration, you may have additional columns that are made up of your custom fields.

Sort and Filter

  • Sort - some columns can be sorted for easy sorting and viewing of the table, note that sorting can be applied on top of filters.sorrrrrt.gif

  • Filter - each of these columns can be filtered, click the Filters button in the top left of the corner to open the modal.
