1. Navigate to https://dashboard.foreman.mn/dashboard/triggers/

2. Click "Add Trigger"

3. Name the Trigger something so that you can recognize it

4. Go to change what this trigger will be looking for

5. Click "No Pools Configured"

6. Click "Add Condition"

7. Click to change the trigger value

8. Click "Invalid Pools Configured"

9. Click the "Choose An Action" field.

10. Click "Change Pools"

11. Enter in default Pool Configurations

12. Click "Save"
