Triggers Now Support Custom Issues
Custom Issues can now be used as conditions when building Triggers, giving you greater flexibility to automate actions based on the issues that matter most to your operation. The issue selection step now organizes conditions into clearly labeled sections — System Issues, Time-Based, and Custom Issues — and Custom Issues will only appear if they have been created in your account. Custom Issue Groups are not supported as Trigger conditions at this time.
To better support the growing complexity of Trigger configuration, the creation flow has been updated with an expanded interface, replacing the previous pop-up window for a more consistent platform experience.
Trigger Logic
- Issues and Custom Issues that are actively used in a Trigger can no longer be deactivated or deleted. You will need to remove them from any associated Triggers before making those changes.
