Updates & Feature Releases 🚀
Split Tickets Into Individual Tickets Per Device
You can now split a ticket containing multiple devices (with no inventory) into individual tickets — one per device. The original ticket keeps the first device, and a new ticket is created for each additional device, carrying over owners, diagnosis, custom field values, and other ticket details.
Access this from the ellipses menu on a ticket via Create Individual Tickets.
Full history is tracked on the original ticket, the new tickets, and the affected devices.
Fixes & Improvements 🛠️
CSV export now works when searching by ticket number. Previously, exporting a miners list filtered with
ticket:<ticket_id>produced an empty CSV instead of the expected device list. The CSV download now correctly includes all miners matching the ticket search.
Smarter table persistence across sessions and sub-clients. Based on your feedback, tables now remember your preferred page size and sort column across sub-client switches, logouts, and browser sessions — so you no longer have to reset them every time you switch clients. Filters and pagination position continue to reset as before when switching clients, tabs, or logging out.
Refreshed table styling. Tables across the app (Miners, Tickets, Issues, and other data views) have a cleaner look:
- Alternating row colors have been removed in favor of a consistent background across all rows.
- Hovering over a row now highlights it with a subtle tint (previously used for alternating rows).
- Vertical column borders have been removed.
- Table containers now have square corners instead of rounded ones.
- Updated for both light and dark mode.
