1. When the quantity of an item in your inventory falls to or below a specified level, this functionality triggers an alert and automatically dispatches an email notification to you, as configured on the Inventory page.

Click 'Inventory.

2. Click 'Actions'.

3. Then 'Edit' to select the item already in Inventory to update. You can also choose to 'Add Item' for a new item for the record.

4. Set the 'Notification Amount'. For example, if an item reaches 5, it triggers an alert and automatically dispatches an email notification to you.

5. Note: Leave the field blank for no notification.

6. Click on 'Account Settings' on the upper right on the screen.

7. Click "Settings" - Please note you will need the appropriate permissions to access.

8. Click on the 'Inventory' tab.

9. Select 'Emails to Notify' from the list of users that have access to the account.

10. And 'Save'.
