Miner Exporting Rework

We’ve improved how miner exports are handled to avoid performance issues on large datasets. When exporting a large number of miners, the system now automatically delivers the file via email instead of making you wait for the browser to load it. This shift helps prevent timeouts and improves stability for users working with large fleets. download miners.gif

User Tips:

  • If your export triggers the email delivery flow, check your inbox (and spam folder) for a download link.
  • Email delivery may take a few minutes depending on the dataset size.

Miners Table Filtering Update

  • You may have noticed filtering by tags and custom miner fields is currently limited when those columns are visible in the Miners tab.
  • This is a temporary adjustment we made to avoid query issues caused by a backend database constraint.
  • Good news: You can still use the global filter bar at the top of the page to search by tags and custom fields.
  • CSV exports continue to include all tag and custom miner field data—even if those columns aren’t shown in the table.
  • We’re actively working on a permanent fix that brings back full filtering without affecting performance.
  • If this impacts your daily operations or you need help pulling data, our support team is happy to assist.
