Warranty Expiration
We’ve introduced a new way to easily view and manage warranty information across your assets and tickets.
💡 Learn more about Warranty Expiration in this article.
Assets Table
New Column: See the Warranty Expiration Date directly in the Assets table.
Filter by Warranty Status: Quickly filter assets that are Under Warranty, Out of Warranty, or have an Unknown Warranty Date.
Filter by Warranty Date - Use Expires After and/or Expires Before filters to pinpoint assets by warranty timelines. For example, to identify assets whose warranties are expiring soon you could set the expires before to be one month out and expires after to be today's date.
Bulk Upload & API Support: Warranty Expiration Dates can now be added or updated in bulk through the asset bulk upload template or via the
/assetsAPI.
Tickets Page
Warranty Status Column - Add the new Warranty Status column to your Tickets table to view, sort, and filter tickets based on warranty coverage.
-
Device Details View - The Warranty Expiration Date now appears in the Device Details section for easy access to key asset information.
-
Auto-retrieval of warranty expiration dates for Bitmain and Whatsminers assets - Look out for an upcoming release where Foreman will automatically attempt to retrieve the warranty expiration dates for new Bitmain and Whatsminer miner assets.
