Bulk Pull Miner

We've expanded the Bulk Actions menu for Miners with new bulk pull capabilities.

Bulk Pull from Site Map – Remove multiple miners from the site map in a single action!

• State Management – Change miner state in bulk (miners marked as In Storage or Retired are hidden from the Dashboard by default unless included through global filters).
• Offline Location Assignment – Assign pulled miners (linked to an asset) to an Offline Location.
• Ticket Creation – Enable the checkbox option to automatically create a ticket based on the pull miner request.
  • If checked, after clicking Apply, you'll be redirected to Tickets with an open ticket, prefilled with your selected miners that were pulled.
• Audit Trail – Link this action to an existing ticket for tracking purposes.

Note: This is only applicable if all miners selected are present on the site map. If not all miners selected are already on the site map you will be unable to click the Pull Miner option from the actions bar. 

Audit Log 

We're rolling out improvements to the Audit Log over the next few weeks. The updated interface features a refreshed design while maintaining all the functionality you rely on—including search, filter, export, sort capabilities, and the ability to view detailed event information.
