Tickets 2.0

• Ticket Owner

  • The owner’s name now appears at the top of the Owner’s list for quicker visibility.

  • On the Ticket Details page, you can now assign tickets to yourself with a single click. (coming soon for the tickets page)

Power – Targeted Dispatches

• Create dispatches that reduce only part of your load, giving you finer control over total site power draw.
  Note: This feature is in BETA and behind a feature flag. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you are interested in participating.

Power – Power Draw

• The Power Draw block in your Command Center now displays both Estimated Miner Load and Metered Site Load directly from the dashboard. Metered Site Load displays the value Foreman receives from your power partner (e.g. Voltus, CPower, etc.) or if you integrate your onsite meter via Foreman.
  Note: Configuring your onsite meter requires assistance from Foreman. Open a support request if interested.

Issues - View Miners

• The latest release adds a new column that makes it easy to jump directly to the miners associated with an issue. Just click the link on the right side of the table to open a filtered view of the Miners table — optimized for both web and mobile.

• Renamed the Power Controls table to Saved Controls for clarity.
