- On the left side navigation, click Operations, then select Assets.
- On the Assets page, click on Actions that corresponds to the ticket you would like to review the history for
- Click on History in the drop-down, and the individual asset history page will display in your browser
- You can use the Search field to filter down to the historical event you are looking for
- If you click on the name of the asset, it will take you back to the Assets page
