- On the left side navigation Click on Assets
- On the Assets page Click on Actions that corresponds to the ticket you would like to review the history for
- Click on History in the drop down, the individual asset history page will display in your browser
- You can use the Search field to filter down to the history event you are looking for
- If you click on the name of the asset it will take you back to the Assets page
