1. On the left side navigation Click on Assets
   
   
2. On the Assets page Click on Actions that corresponds to the ticket you would like to review the history for
   
   
3. Click on History in the drop down, the individual asset history page will display in your browser
   
   
4. You can use the Search field to filter down to the history event you are looking for
   
   
5. If you click on the name of the asset it will take you back to the Assets page
