We’re excited to introduce new functionality in the Tickets Table as part of our Beta release—coming soon to all users. This update brings a more flexible, efficient way to manage tickets directly from the table view.

Customizable Columns – Tailor your Tickets Table by selecting the columns that matter most. Preferences are saved per user and per client.

Inline Editing – Update ticket fields without leaving the table. Editable fields include:
Status
Priority
Diagnoses
Owners
Custom Fields
Ticket Detail Page - A completely redesigned ticket page makes it easier to view, edit, and manage all ticket information in one centralized location.
These enhancements reduce clicks and streamline your workflow by letting you make quick updates in place.
