We’re excited to introduce a refreshed Tickets Interface designed to make managing and tracking tickets faster, clearer, and more intuitive.
Here are some highlights of what’s changing:

Custom Table View – Personalize your tickets table by choosing which columns to display and in which order. Your selections are unique to you by client, can be adjusted anytime, and make it easy to focus on the information most relevant to your work.

In-line Editing – Quickly update tickets without extra steps. You can now edit multiple fields directly within the table, reducing the number of clicks and making ticket management more efficient.

Ticket Details Page and Device Details – Tickets can now be opened in a dedicated page instead of a modal. The new layout gives you more space and functionality, including in-line editing, updating content, adding devices, leaving comments, and more. View more data about the attached devices without leaving the page.
