From the left side navigation, click on Tickets.
- On the Tickets page, click on Filter button at the top of the page.
- Select Status in the drop-down for columns, then choose your value to Closed.
- The table will automatically filter based on your search, to remove the filter, click back into Filters and choose Remove All.
Note: This same method can be used to filter by other ticket status types, such as "On Hold" - you can also filter by multiple ticket status types.
