How To: View Closed Tickets

Filtering tickets by status is a quick way to narrow down your view and focus on specific types of tickets, such as those that are Closed or On Hold. This guide walks you through how to apply a status filter on the Tickets page, as well as how to clear or combine filters for more advanced sorting.

  1. From the left side navigation click on Tickets.

  2. On the Tickets page click on Filter button at the top of the page.Screenshot 2025-05-21 at 11.12.47 AM.png

  3. Select Status in the drop down for columns, then choose your value to Closed. Screenshot 2025-05-21 at 11.13.40 AM.png

  4. The table will automatically filter based on your search, to remove the filter, click back into Filters and choose Remove All.filter statusss.gif


Note: This same method can used to filter by other ticket status types such as "On Hold" - you can also filter by multiple ticket status types.
