How To: Access Specific Ticket History

This article walks you through how to view the history of a specific ticket from the Tickets page. You’ll be able to see detailed updates, apply filters, and export the ticket history as needed.

  1. From the left side navigation click on Tickets.


     

  2. On the Tickets page, click on the ellipses menu of the ticket you want the history for.

  4. Within the modal, you can Filter and/or Export.
