This article walks you through how to view the history of a specific ticket from the Tickets page. You’ll be able to see detailed updates, apply filters, and export the ticket history as needed.
From the left side navigation click on Tickets.
- On the Tickets page, click on the ellipses menu of the ticket you want the history for.
- Click History in the drop-down to open the modal.
- Within the modal, you can Filter and/or Export.
