This article shows you how to access and use the View History feature on the Tickets page. From viewing detailed change logs to filtering and exporting ticket history, you'll get a clear view of all ticket activity in one place.
From the left side navigation, click on Tickets.
- On the Tickets page, click on the View History button in the top right corner of the table.
- This opens the View History modal; from here, you can Filter and/or Export.
- Details include: Timestamp, Ticket (name), User (who made the change), Action, and specific history data.
