You can associate one or multiple miners with a ticket to ensure all related devices are tracked in a single place. This guide will show you how to add miners when creating a new ticket, as well as how to update an existing ticket to include additional devices.
- From the left side navigation click on Tickets.
- Click the Add Ticket button to open the modal.
- After filling out the required fields, click into the Devices field.
- Start to type in the field to search and it will appear in the dropdown, click on the device name in the dropdown, and then repeat this step to add multiple miners to the same ticket.
- Complete all the other fields then click Save.
Note: If you need to add multiple miners to an existing ticket go to the existing ticket and use the drop down to select Edit, within the devices section you can input multiple miners.
